In May 2024, Stephen Haedicke secured a not guilty verdict on behalf of an indigent client in a second-degree murder case in Orleans Parish (State v. Jacques Miller). This was an important victory for the rule of law and the constitutional rights of all criminal defendants, including those of limited means.
