On September 25, 2024, Stephen Haedicke secured dismissal of a second-degree murder charge pending against his client, Gregory L. Woods, Jr. This was a case involving a clear act of self-defense and Mr. Haedicke is pleased that the District Attorney finally concurred with that assessment and did the right and just thing by dismissing these charges.
